DYSON CUSTOMER CENTRE

DYSON appliances, an online only retail brand, engaged SPACEOS to assist in the relocation to a newly built retail office warehouse complex in Glen Waverley. Although the site was primarily a customer service centre the brief provided an opportunity to test retail concepts and showcase product within space to maximise product placement and convert existing customers to new product.

The design comprises a customer contact point for transactions relating to pick up and drop off of warranty and service blended with a showroom concept designed to showcase the current range of DYSON appliances and DYSON lighting, and a technical services laboratory custom designed for DYSON to provide support to its customers.

Completed in early 2017.
