CFMEU HEAD OFFICE VICTORIA

The CFMEU sought to revitalise and transform the building’s identity to align it closer to the CFMEU’s corporate brand and aspirations, the design concept incorporates new street facade & canopies, extensions and new signage elements.

Environmental performance improvements were sought as the basis for the brief through the replacement of the building windows, and improving the utilisation of the buildings existing outdoor spaces for the wellbeing of its occupants.

A new outdoor terrace provides for an outdoor extension space to the client conferencing floor and enhanced existing outdoor terraces for staff oriented outdoor collaboration / meeting spaces.
