Terms & Conditions — Design Consultation Package $3,850 (inc GST)

Our range of design services responds to your unique project needs to suit the type of project, and the degree of services that you require up to the value of the offer 1st December 2025.

If the design brief and scope exceeds the allowance, the value of the offer can be used towards the greater scope of works.

  • T&C's — What IS included

    The following are inclusions apply:

    Formulating and confirmation of the Design Brief at commencement so that the scope of service can be defined.

    Scope: Consultation includes concept direction, initial design advice, feasibility guidance, and summary notes to the value of $3,850 inc GST., based on one of the chosen design briefs.

    The Design Brief may be tailored such as one (1) of the following;

    - Kitchen Detail Design Concept.

    - Bathroom or Master Suite Detail Design concept plan.

    - Single level residential extension feasibility study concept plan.

    - Workplace Office Space Planning Test Fit or redesign concept plan.

    Design Consultation: One (1) design meeting of up to 1 hour, delivered on-site (metro area) or via video call.

    Deliverables: include concept plan generation direction, design advice, feasibility guidance, and follow-up summary notes.

    Design Presentation: One (1) design presentation meeting of up to 1.5 hours.

  • T&C's — The BASICS

    The following limitations apply:

    Validity: Offer must be booked within six (6) months from the auction date.

    Location: On-site within Melbourne metro . Travel fees may apply for outer areas if requested.

    Non-transferable: Package is for the winning bidder only and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash.

    Scheduling: Sessions are subject to mutually agreeable scheduling and up to two weeks advance notice, and blackout periods may apply.

    Additional Services: Any work beyond the included scope can be quoted separately.

    Re-scheduling: Minimum 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule.

    Sequencing and Continuity is to be in one uninterrupted phase and duration of work over approximately 4 weeks of duration.

  • T&C's — What is NOT included

    The following exclusions apply:

    Additional design work unless separately engaged and outlined prior by agreement.

    Additional services such as documentation suitable for design development, quotation or construction, or for building approvals and can be assessed and separately engaged to reflect the final scope of design.

    Additional services to be billed at an agreed hourly rate or an agreed fixed lump sum negotiated prior to undertaking the additional work.

    Cost Planning other than within the parameters of the design brief to proof the design.

    Trade Quotations unless requested can be provided at additional services.

    Travel in excess of one (1) hour from studio to meeting and return.
